【摘要】:Thisspecificationcoversacoextrudedcrosslinkedpolyethylenecompositepressurepipewithaweldedaluminumtubereinforcementbetweentheinnerandouterlayers.Theinnerandoutercrosslinkedpolyethylenelayersarebondedtothealuminumtubebyameltadhesive.Includedisasystemofnomenclatureforthecrosslinkedpolyethylene-aluminum-crosslinkedpolyethylene(PEX-AL-PEX)pipes,therequirementsandtestmethodsformaterials,thedimensionsofthecomponentlayersandfinishedpipe,adhesiontests,andtheburstandsustainedpressureperformance.Alsogivenaretherequirementsandmethodsofmarking.Thepipecoveredbythisspecificationisintendedforuseinpotablewaterdistributionsystemsforresidentialandcommercialapplications,waterservice,undergroundirrigationsystems,andradiantpanelheatingsystems,baseboard,snow-andice-meltsystems,andgasesthatarecompatiblewiththecompositepipeandfittings.Thisspecificationcoversonlycompositepipesincorporatingaweldedaluminumtube.Pipesconsistingofmetalliclayersnotweldedtogetherareoutsidethescopeofthisspecification.SpecificationsforconnectorsforusewithpipemeetingtherequirementsofthisspecificationaregiveninAnnexA1.Thisspecificationexcludespolyethylene-aluminum-polyethylenepipes(seeSpecificationF1282).ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thefollowingprecautionarycaveatpertainsonlytothetestmethodsportion,Section9,ofthisspecification:Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationsprior
