【摘要】:1.1Replacement:ThispartofIEC60730appliestocontrolsforautomaticallycontrollingthestartingwindingsofsinglephasemotorsassociatedwithequipmentforhouseholdandsimilaruse.Thisstandardappliestomotor-startingrelaysusingNTCorPTCthermistors,additionalrequirementsforwhicharecontainedinAnnexJ.1.1.1Thisstandardappliestotheinherentsafety,totheoperatingvalues,operatingtimesandoperatingsequenceswheresuchareassociatedwithequipmentsafety,andtothetestingofmotor-startingrelaysusedin,orinassociationwith,householdorsimilarequipment.Motor-startingrelaysforequipmentnotintendedfornormalhouseholduse,butwhichneverthelessmaybeusedbythepublic,suchasequipmentintendedtobeusedbylaymeninshops,inlightindustryandonfarms,arewithinthescopeofthisstandard.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytomotor-startingrelaysdesignedexclusivelyforindustrialapplications.Throughoutthisstandard,theword"equipment"means"applianceandequipment".Thewords"startingrelay"mean"motor-startingrelay".1.1.2Thisstandardappliestostartingrelaysincorporatingelectronicdevicesandstartingrelaysusingthermistorelements,thermalelementsandmagneticelements.1.1.3ThisstandarddoesnotapplytogeneralpurposerelaysortocontactorsandmotorstartersofthetypecoveredbytheIEC60947series1.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytomechanicaltimersormechanicallyoperatedmotor-startingdevices.1.1.4Thisstandardappliestomanualcontrolswhensuchareelectricallyand/ormechanicallyintegralwithstartingrelays.RequirementsformanualswitchesnotformingpartofastartingrelayarecontainedinIEC61058-1.1.2Replacement:Thisstandardappliestostartingrelayswitharatedvoltagenotexceeding690Vandwitharatedcurrentnotexceeding63A.1.3Replacement:Thisstandarddoesnottakeintoaccounttheresponsevalueofanautomaticactionofastartingrelay,ifsucharesponsevalueisdependentuponthemethodofmountingthestartingrelayintheequipment.Wherearesponsevalueisofsignificantpurposefortheprotectionoftheuserorsurroundings,thevaluedefinedintheappropriatehouseholdequipmentstandardorasdeterminedbythemanufacturershallapply.1.4Replacement:Thisstandardappliesalsotomotor-startingrelaysincorporatingelectronicdevices,requirementsforwhicharecontainedinAnnexH.
