【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60404specifiesmethodsforthemeasurementofa.c.magneticpropertiesofmaterialsinthefrequencyrange20Hzto200kHzotherthanelectricalsteelsandsoftferrites.ThematerialscoveredbythispartofIEC60404includethosespecialityalloyslistedinIEC60404-8-6,amorphousandnanocrystallinematerials,pressedandsinteredandmetalinjectionmouldedpartssuchasarelistedinIEC60404-8-9,castpartsandmagneticallysoftcompositematerials.Theobjectofthispartistodefinethegeneralprinciplesandthetechnicaldetailsofthemeasurementofthemagneticpropertiesofmagneticallysoftmaterialsbymeansofringmethods.Formaterialssuppliedinpowderform,aringtestspecimenisformedbytheappropriatepressingmethodforthatmaterial.DCmagneticmeasurementsonmagneticallysoftmaterialsshallbemadeinaccordancewiththeringmethodofIEC60404-4.ThedeterminationsofthemagneticcharacteristicsofmagneticallysoftcomponentsshallbemadeinaccordancewithIEC62044-3.Normally,themeasurementsshallbemadeatanambienttemperatureof(23±5)℃onringtestspecimenswhichhavefirstbeenmagnetized,thendemagnetized.Measurementscanbemadeoverothertemperaturerangesbyagreementbetweensupplierandpurchaser.
