【摘要】:Thisstandardisapplicabletonuclearpowerplantinstrumentationandcontrol(I&C)systems,andtheircables,thatareimportanttosafety,asdefinedinIAEASafetyGuideNS-G-1.3.ItisalsoapplicabletotemporaryinstallationswhicharepartofthoseI&Csystemsimportanttosafety(forexample,auxiliaryequipmentforcommissioningtestsandexperiments).Clause6isintendedparticularlyforthecablingoftheI&Csystemsimportanttosafety.ThisstandardappliestotheI&CofnewnuclearpowerplantsaswellastoI&Cupgradingorback-fittingofexistingplants.Forexistingplants,onlyasubsetoftherequirementsisapplicable;thissubsetistobeidentifiedatthebeginningofanyproject.WhereindependenceisrequiredbygeneralsafetystandardssuchasIAEAsafetyguidesorIEC61513,oneaspectofachievingthisindependenceisphysicalseparationbetweenthesystemsandtheirequipmentthatperformfunctionsimportanttosafety.ThisstandarddefinestheassessmentsneededandthetechnicalrequirementstobemetforI&Csystemsimportanttosafetyandtheircables,inordertoachieveadequatephysicalseparationbetweenredundantsectionsofasystemandbetweenasystemandanothersystem.Thisseparationisneededtopreventorminimisetheimpactonsafetythatcouldresultfromfaultsandfailureswhichcouldbepropagatedoraffectseveralsectionsofasystemorseveralsystems.
