【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesconstructionalandfunctionalrequirements,regulatorsizing,testing,documentationandmarkingofgaspressureregulators:—forinletpressuresupto100barandnominaldiameteruptoDN400;—usedatanoperatingtemperaturerangefrom-20℃to+60℃;whichoperatewithfuelgasesofthe1standofthe2ndfamilyinaccordancewithEN437intransmissionanddistributionnetworksandalsoinindustrialinstallations."Gaspressureregulators"hereafterwillbecalled"regulators"exceptinthetitles.ThisEuropeanStandardconsidersthefollowingclassesofregulators:—class1:operatingtemperaturerangefrom-10℃to60℃;—class2:operatingtemperaturerangefrom-20℃to60℃.Forinletpressurehigherthan100barand/oroperatingtemperaturesoutsidetherangefrom-20℃to60℃and/ornominaldiameterDN>400,thisEuropeanStandardmaybeusedasa"guideline".ThisEuropeanStandardappliestoregulatorswhichusethepipelinegasasasourceofcontrolenergyunassistedbyanyexternalpowersource.Theseregulatorshavenocontinuousdischargeofgasintotheatmospherebuttemporarydischargesfromsafetydevicescanoccur.TheregulatorscomplyingwiththerequirementsofthisEuropeanStandardmaybedeclaredas"inconformitywithEN334".ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplyto:—regulatorsupstreamfrom/on/indomesticgas-consumingapplianceswhichareinstalleddownstreamofdomesticgasmeters;—regulatorsthatcomplywithbothofthefollowingcharacteristics:—volumetricflowrate≤100m/hatstandardconditions;—inletpressure≤5bar;—regulatorsforwhichaspecificEuropeanStandardexists(e.g.EN88,etc.);—industrialprocesscontrolvalvesinaccordancewithprEN1349.
