【摘要】:Thisstandardgivesguidanceonwritingthetechnicalspecificationfortheprocurementofairheatingequipmentassociatedwithsteamgeneratingplantandgasreheatingequipmentassociatedwithfluegastreatmentplantforuseinelectricitygeneratingstations(powerstations).Thisguideforprocurementisnotapplicabletoequipmentforuseinthenuclearreactorplantareaofnuclearpowerstations.Otherpossibleapplicationsofsuchequipmenthavenotbeenconsideredinthepreparationofthisguide.Thisguidecoversheatexchangersofthefollowingtypes:—indirectheatingwithsteam;—rotaryregenerativeheaters;—tubular/platerecuperativeheaters;—liquidcoupledheatexchangers;—heatpipes.Thisguidedoesnotcoversystemsfordirectcontactheatingofairorfluegasbyhotgases.Theequipmentcoveredbythisguideisdefinedbyitsfunctionratherthandesigntype.Therefore,theguidancetothespecificationisstatedinperformancetermsratherthanbeingspecifiedbyadetaileddescriptionoftheequipmenttobesupplied.Thisguideindicatestopotentialpurchasershowtheirspecificationshouldbepreparedsothat:—theequipmenttypeandcapacityinterfacescorrectlywithotherelementsofthesystems;—predictedperformanceisachieved;—ancillaryequipmentisproperlysized;—reliability,availabilityandsafetyrequirementsareachieved;—properconsiderationisgiventotheevaluationprocessandthequalitymeasurestobeapplied.Thisguidedoesnotdeterminethetypeofspecification(e.g.detailed,performance,functional)ortheextentofsupplyforanygivencontractwhichisnormallydecidedonthebasisofthepurchaser'sprojectstrategy.Itdoesnotcover:—anycommercial,contractualorlegalissueswhicharenormallyinseparatepartsofanenquiry;—anyallocationofresponsibilitieswhicharedeterminedbythecontract.Thisguidedoesnotprescribethearrangementofthedocumentsintheenquiry.NOTEAsacomprehensiveEuropeanenvironmentalpolicyisstillunderpreparation,thisguidedoesnotaddresstheenvironmentalimplicationsoftheequipment.
