【摘要】:Thistestmethodisintendedtoprovidearapidmeansofdeterminingtherelativeabilityofaliquidagriculturalspraymixturetospreadonatestsubstrate.ThistestmethodwasvalidatedusingParafilmM3asatestsubstrate.Itistheuserrsquo;responsibilityfordeterminingthevalidityofthistestmethodforalternativetestsurfaces.Whileitmaybegenerallyagreeduponthatthereisnoperfectmodelforthevarietyofsurfacesforwhichspreadinginformationwouldbeuseful,thistestmethoddoesnotlimituserstoanyonesurface.Furtherconsiderationmustalsobegiventothepotentialeffectthattheliquiddropletmayhaveonthechemicalcompositionandmorphologyofthetestsurface.Whilethisdoesnotrestrictthetestmethod,anunderstandingofthispotentialcanhelpintheinterpretationoftestdata.Thistestmethodwilldeterminetherelativespreadofradiiofwater,fertilizers,oils,andmixturesofthesecarrierswithsurfactants.Itistheuserrsquo;responsibilitytodeterminethevalidityofthetestmethodwithalternativeliquids.Thistestmethodwilldeterminetherelativespreadradiiofdropletsover30s,60s,and5min.Itistheuserrsquo;responsibilitytodeterminethevalidityofthetestmethodatalternativespreadingtimes.Thistestmethodisappropriateforrelativehumiditieswithintherangeof40to70%.Itistheuserrsquo;responsibilitytodeterminethevalidityofthetestmethodatalternaterelativehumidities.Thistestmethodisappropriatefortemperatureswithintherangeof18to22x00B0;C.Itistheuserrsquo;responsibilitytodeterminethevalidityofthetestmethodatalternatetemperatures.Thistestmethodwilldeterminetherelativespreadradiifordropletsof10and20x03BC;L.Itistheuserrsquo;responsibilitytodeterminethevalidityofthetestmethodatalternatedropletsizes.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthevisualevaluationoftherelativespreadradiusofliquidspraymixturedroplets.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
